Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
Open the PinHigh app, tap Sign In, then tap Forgot password. Enter your account email and we'll send a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
My GPS distance looks wrong — what should I check?
PinHigh uses your device's GPS hardware. Accuracy can be affected by tree cover, tall buildings, or a weak satellite signal. Try: (1) stepping into an open area, (2) quitting and relaunching the app, or (3) toggling Settings → Location Services off and on. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad to view, change, or cancel your PinHigh subscription. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. For B2B pilot contracts, contact support@pinhigh.app directly.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, open PinHigh, and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your active subscription will be restored automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Open PinHigh, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and all associated round history, stats, and profile data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. See Delete Account for a full walkthrough.
Which courses are supported?
PinHigh currently supports Lincoln Park, Golden Gate Park, TPC Harding Park, Half Moon Bay, and an expanding list of Northern California courses. The Course Pro editor also lets private clubs map their own holes. Contact us if you'd like your course added.
I'm reporting a bug. What should I include?
Please email support@pinhigh.app with: (1) your device model and iOS version, (2) the course and hole you were on, (3) the steps to reproduce, and (4) a screenshot or screen recording if possible.
I'm a golf club or fleet partner — how do we pilot PinHigh?
We offer a $5,000/year Virtual Club Champion pilot for private clubs and municipals, plus usage-based API access for fleet and pace-of-play partners. Email partnerships@pinhigh.app.
