Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PinHigh account and all associated data directly inside the app. No email request is required.
Deleting your account is permanent. Your round history, stats, and any active subscriptions will be removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
In the PinHigh app
- Open PinHigh and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation notice, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Permanently delete account.
What happens next
- You are signed out immediately on all devices.
- Your authentication record, profile, round history, scorecards, and AI calibration data are purged from our database within 30 days.
- Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled — manage them in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions before or after deletion.
- We retain only anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you (required for fraud and tax records per 18 U.S.C. § 1030 and IRS guidance).
Need help?
If you cannot access the app (for example, you lost access to your email), contact support@pinhigh.app from the email address on file and we will process the deletion manually within 5 business days.
